10. Create a CSV file following the PST file, uploading it to map it into the mailbox account. Open the import data window, check mark both choices, then click “Next.”

11. Click "Select Mapping file," " Upload CSV file," "Validate," and lastly “Save.”

12. Activate “Close since your PST file was successfully imported into Office 365.”
